I don't know where this face came from,

but this is the weirdest kissey face ever and

Reagan has started doing it all the time.

It is so funny, she just stands there with

this ridiculous look on her face.

Matt got me a new dslr camera for Christmas!

Of course I couldn't wait until Christmas.

This conversation just took place between Matt and Maddie...

M handed Matt her princess phone that no longer calls Cinderella and said "wont you please fix my phone daddy." Matt said "I needs new batteries" M: "there's tons of batteries in the spoon drawer" Matt: "none of those fit your phone baby" M: "that doesn't make any sense"

Matt was laughing so hard he could barely repeat the conversation to me.
What a funny little girl.

The other night at whole foods the girls both got in the car cart. They had so much fun. Reagan even steered the wheel like she was driving.

walking!

On Halloween Reagan took her first 3 steps.

I think she could be really walking by now

but I swear she is so stubborn. When someone

tries to stand her up she picks her legs up and holds

them there and wont put them down.

The only way we got her to take a step is to shake

Cheerios in front of her so she would go get them.

She will only walk for about 2 min and then she gets

sick of the chase the Cheerios game.
She has done it a few more times since then,

hopefully soon she will be walking :)

Elmo jammies

The other night I put Maddisons Elmo

jammies on her and she said "oh, wait!" ran

in her room and came out with her

Elmo slippers on. Haha she's so funny.

Halloween 2010

My cute little nuggets were Daisy Duck

and Minnie Mouse for Halloween.

Reagan wore Maddies old costume and

she actually didn't mind it.

Maddie wore it when she was 1 and she

hated wearing the head.

I may be crazy but I think Reagan knew

everyone was saying "oh my, how cute!"

about her and she liked it. lol

My mom spent so much time on this dress

for Maddison that I wanted her to wear it

for Halloween. She loves it.

She couldn't wear her hands though because

she couldn't grab anything.

Brooklyn and her friend helped her

trick-or-treat

A few days before Halloween I asked Maddison
what she says when she goes up to the door.
She said "Can I come in?" LOL!!
We taught her "trick-or-treat"...

BABY GOATS!!!

On Halloween My dad, Sarah and I took

Brooklyn and the girls out to a family friends

house to visit their new baby goats.

Their momma goats had 20 baby goats in

4 days! There were so many babies!

Maddison and Brooklyn had so much fun.

They even got to pet the neighbors dogs and

horses.

I asked Maddison if she wanted to be a farmer

when she grew up because she liked feeding the

goats so much.

She said "yeah. wait...no. no." haha

B was really good at catching the goats.

Those little things are fast.
They were almost as big as her.

She loved holding them but I think she

was a little worried because they start

wiggling a lot if they don't want you to hold them.

sit and spin

Maddison brought the sit and spin out in the

living room for a spin and Reagan was so

interested in it. I put Reagan on and then had

Maddie sit over her legs to keep her from

flying off. Reagan LOVED IT.

She laughs and puts her hand on the center

as if she is trying to help spin.

pantry play

Reagan LOVES to open the pantry and take

things out and play with them.

Her favorite is picking up the cans.

She picks them up and tips them back at

her mouth like she is trying to drink them.

Hilarious. She obviously never gets anything,

but she still tries...everyday.

Maddisons first hair trim!!!!

I wont call it a hair cut because it was a tiny little

trim, but when Sarah was over the other night

Matt and I decided we wanted to trim Maddies hair.

Maddie loves her hair long and when we asked her

if she wanted her hair cut she said no because she thought

we meant cut it all off. lol. I explained that Sarah cuts

mommys hair pretty and asked her if she wanted that too.

She agreed that time. Then she was REALLY excited.

Her hair was always longer in the back since she

was a baby so she somehow grew natural layers.

The bottom layer was really thin and got

kind of stringy looking...so it was time.

silly sleeper

I always try and take a picture when Maddison

sleeps in funny positions. I caught her sleeping

like this last week.

One night I even found her sleeping with her

knees on the floor and her torso leaned over the bed.

It looked like she was praying. I don't know how she got

in that position and I don't know how she stayed

asleep getting there. She tosses and turns in her

sleep but luckily hasn't fallen out of bed yet.

She is wearing her favorite new jammies

that her cousins got her for her birthday.

Amazing Jakes

A couple weeks ago we went to Amazing Jake

family fun place with all of Matts family.

Maddison had so much fun riding the rides with

her cousins. I only got pictures of bowling

because my camera died :(

Matt taught Maddie how to bowl.

It was so cute watching him teach her.

It only took about a minute for her ball

to roll all the way down to the pins. lol

Reagan watched from the high chair and
played with the blowing air.

Playing with birthday stuff

A couple of the things Matt and I got Maddie

for her birthday.

She played a video game at a friends house and

loved it so much I had to get her a kids

video game. And this one teaches them

things as they drive along.

I had to explain the game again and she got it

the second time.

She got so much stuff it took almost a week for her

to play with all of it. It took me even longer to clean up

I haven't been blogging because I am getting my own laptop and I wanted to wait to download all of my pictures on there instead of doing it twice. I am going to pick up the computer this afternoon so tons of blogs are on their way!!! I am excited :)

Cruising

Reagan is having so much fun cruising around on everything. She can pull up on stuff, move from one thing to another and stand by herself but she hasn't taken a step yet. I think she is close though, the doctor thought she would probably try and walk by 9 months. I think she might. Her favorite thing is to walk laps around the coffee table. Luckily we have a lot safer coffee table now than when Maddie was a baby.
She is just like Maddison, crawling is her least favorite mode of transportation.

Wednesday I took the girls to the park so
we could unload some of the old bread and
stuff from the kitchen.

Reagan was very curious about the pigeons.

There was no one else there so all of the ducks
came over to get a bite. Maddie had so
much fun feeding all of them.
