Leesburg Animal Park

Maddie and I got into Virginia just fine on Wednesday evening.

We have been having tons of fun!

Thursday we went shopping.

Friday we went into D.C. to the National zoo

Saturday we went to the Leesburg Animal Park

and lunched in Leesburg and then did some more shopping.

Sunday we went to brunch and to Toys R' Us

and Paul and lindsey got Maddie and awesome b-day gift!

Then this afternoon we finally fit swimming in!

We're having a blast!

Virginia

Maddison and I are headed to Virginia tomorrow to visit my friend Lindsey. I am taking Maddison as a lap child on the plane, so wish me luck! lol

Riding with cousin Camryn

The other day Maddison got to ride in the car with her cousin.
It wasn't as funny as watching Maddison drive but Maddie sure loved it.
She LOVES hanging out with her cousins.

I got Maddison an ice pack for her everyday
little bumps and bruises. It has cats on it.
So now every time she bumps anything
she asks for the 'kitty kitties' lol

Important phone call

Last night while we were in Joann's Maddison
seemed to have a very important phone call on her cell phone.
She was talking non-stop and nodding her head. LOL

I guess she is listening to them in this picture.
When she was done talking she started taking
pictures of me with her phone. LOL

DRIVING ALREADY!

Tonight at Matt's parents house Maddison drove her
cousins princess car for the first time. SHE LOVED IT!
I was laughing so hard I was crying,
the look on her face was priceless.
She even asked Matt for his keys and tried
to find the ignition to put the car key in!

She would run it up on the curb and laugh.

She went really fast.
(her hair blowing in the wind was hilarious lol)

When she would peel out it would throw her back in the seat.
LOL. She even drove without hands for awhile.

Maddison thinks it is so fun to eat corn on the cob.
She does a pretty good job eating it.

Sarah got Maddison the cutest little running shoes.
She knows they are for running because as soon as
she puts them on she starts running around the house!
It is really funny.

Chuck E Cheese

Last weekend Sarah, Katie and I took Maddison to Chuck E Cheese.
It is her new FAVORITE place. Every time she see's Chuck E
on coupons in the paper she screams 'CHEESE! CHEESE! CHEESE!'
And then she screams 'PIZZA! PIZZA! PIZZA!'

She loves sliding. She is finally brave enough to climb up
the steps and slide down all by herself now.

She also LOVES riding the rides.
Every time it stops she asks for more.

And she takes driving very seriously! LOL
She turns the wheel the whole time the ride is going.
It is so funny to watch because she thinks she is really driving.

They have funny new cups with Chuck E's mouth attached to the straw. lol

GOGGIES!

Last weekend I went to Party City to get the invitations for Maddison's birthday party.
I saw these glasses and had to put them on her, too funny.

She now calls all glasses and goggles, GOGGIES.
It is funny how every word gets an 'ie' put on the end of it.

braids

Sarah was finally able to get Maddison's hair into french braids!
They didn't stay in very long because her hair is so fine,
but they were cute while they did.
Now if only I could learn to do this.
I have always been horrible at braiding.

IT'S A GIRL!

We went for another ultrasound yesterday and in the first 10 seconds the ultrasound tech said she was POSITIVE it was a GIRL.

Daddy is going to have his hands full with two girls! :)

ponytail

Maddison finally has enough hair that I can put it up in
a decent ponytail and use a normal elastic and not
the tiny rubber bands that I used to use.
And now almost all of her hair fits in the ponytail too!
So cute! She's such a big girl.
